  • All applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes applicable in their country.

5. Price Matching & Adjustments

  • We do not offer price matching with other platforms or sellers.
  • If a discount is applied after purchase, no price adjustments or partial refunds will be issued.

6. Errors in Pricing

  • In case of a pricing error due to a technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    2. Paperbacks

    Processing Time:

        • Orders are typically processed within 24 working hours after payment confirmation.

        • You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

      Shipping Method:

          • We typically ship your paperback order via India Post to ensure secure and reliable delivery. For international orders, we use International Air Parcel, which usually delivers to your address within 9 working days. For orders within India, we prioritize speedy delivery through Speed Post/Registered Parcel.

          • A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment conveniently on the India Post website.

        Shipping Options and Timelines:

        Delivery times may vary based on your location:

            • International Shipping: Estimated delivery is typically within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. While most orders are delivered within 10 days, occasional delays of up to 10 additional days may occur due to unforeseen transit factors.
            • Domestic Shipping (within India): Estimated delivery within 5-9 business days.

          Shipping Costs:

          Domestic shipping within India is free of charge. For international orders, a flat shipping rate applies, which will be displayed at checkout. No additional taxes or hidden charges are included.

          3. Tracking Your Order:

          Once your paperback is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery conveniently on the India Post website.

          4. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

          If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@easymedguides.com. We will work with India Post or the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the order is not delivered, we will promptly dispatch a new one to ensure your satisfaction.

          5. Packaging and Care:
