We accept returns for paperback books under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: While we make every effort to carefully pack and dispatch the book promptly, if the book gets damaged during transit, we will promptly send a replacement to your address at no additional cost to you. Refunds are not offered in these cases.
- Cancellation During Processing: If a customer cancels their paperback book order while the status is marked as “Processing,” the cancellation will be accepted. However, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the cancellation charge (=1$).
- Return Period: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving it. 2. Return Process for Paperbacks
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged or incorrect items may be requested for verification.
- If the photos of the damaged or incorrect product are reviewed and approved, a new book will immediately be shipped to you as a replacement. Refunds are not offered in these cases.
3. Non-Refundable Situations for Paperbacks
- Books returned with signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Orders reported after the 7-day return window.
4. e-Books
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist in the following cases:
- If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to your eBook.
